Senior Procurement Engineer

Manage the end-to-end procurement process for construction and infrastructure projects, including sourcing materials, subcontractors, and equipment. Responsible for negotiating commercial terms, optimizing costs, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality and compliance.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering and 10-15 years of procurement experience in the UAE/GCC. Candidates should have a valid UAE driving license and proficiency in ERP systems and FIDIC contracts.
