Responsibilities
Responsible for accurately taking guest food and beverage orders via telephone and entering them into the Micros POS system. Ensures high standards of guest service by handling inquiries, processing payments, and coordinating with servers.
Requirements
Requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment. Previous experience in Food & Beverage or with Micros POS is considered an asset but not required.
