Training Supervisor

Responsibilities
Develop and deliver training and refresher programs for the Facilities and Cleaning department, including housekeeping staff for the Dubai Metro. Coordinate with internal L&D departments and external suppliers to maintain competency matrices and ensure operational excellence.
Requirements
Requires 3 to 5 years of training experience within the FM and Housekeeping sector, ideally with a degree or diploma in Facilities Management or Hospitality. Must possess strong instructional skills and knowledge of HSE compliance and soft services.
