Regional Procurement Manager Middle East & Caspian

Develop and lead the regional procurement strategy and governance for services across the Middle East and CIS region. Focus on improving supplier performance, reducing total cost of ownership, and managing strategic partnerships across various product lines.

Requires a degree in supply chain, economics, engineering, or a related field, with a master's degree preferred. Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in regional procurement or senior supply management with a proven track record of delivering savings.
