Responsibilities

The Night Duty Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring a secure experience within the Front Office team. Key duties include mentoring staff, managing room inventory to optimize revenue, and driving brand initiatives and up-selling programs.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a diploma or degree in Hospitality or Rooms Division with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in a second language is considered an advantage.
