Responsibilities
The Quantity Surveyor will support the commercial management of projects within the Building Supervision team. Key duties include assisting with cost control, contract administration, valuations, and reporting activities.
Requirements
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or Civil Engineering with 7-10 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in FIDIC contracts, cost reporting, and UAE or GCC experience is highly desirable.
