Role in Lobby Lounge (VAJ)

Deliver exceptional dining experiences in the Lobby Lounge by managing the guest journey from welcome to farewell. Ensure all operational F&B service tasks meet brand standards while proactively preventing and resolving guest complaints.

Requires a minimum of a high school diploma and at least one year of experience in a 5-star hospitality environment. Strong command of written and spoken English is essential.
