Manage costs and contractual aspects of civil construction projects, including preparing quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and Bills of Quantities. Monitor project budgets, handle payment applications, and manage contract administration such as variations and claims.

Requires a bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field. Candidates must be proficient in AutoCAD and Excel with strong knowledge of construction methods and contract administration.
