Project Director – Stormwater Drainage Program (PMC)

Lead the end-to-end delivery of a major stormwater drainage and flood control program, providing strategic direction to a multidisciplinary PMC team. Serve as the primary interface with clients and government agencies while managing the full program lifecycle from planning to handover.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and at least 15 years of infrastructure experience, with 10 years in PMC or program management. Must have a proven track record of delivering large-scale urban infrastructure projects and fluency in both English and Arabic.
