Responsibilities
The Lead Navigator supervises the Navigator team to deliver exceptional guest services and resolve customer inquiries onboard. They coordinate with multiple departments to maintain high service standards and ensure a seamless vacation experience.
Requirements
Candidates must have previous shipboard experience in a similar role and strong English communication skills. A minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in a hotel or resort setting is strongly preferred.
