Responsibilities

The HR Director is responsible for developing and executing the overall people strategy to support business objectives across the MEAA division. This includes leading talent acquisition, performance management, organizational design, and fostering a high-performance culture.

Requirements

Requires a bachelor's degree in HR or Business with 15+ years of progressive HR experience, including 7-10 years in senior leadership. Candidates must have deep knowledge of UAE labour laws and experience in high-growth or service-driven industries.
