Responsibilities

Oversee production operations for SMT and THT PCBA assembly lines to ensure output, quality, and safety targets are met. Lead and coordinate a team of operators while optimizing manpower, material readiness, and equipment utilization.

Requirements

Requires a Technical Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Electronics or Mechatronics with 3-5 years of experience in PCB assembly. Must have hands-on experience with SMT machines and a strong understanding of IPC-A-610 standards.
