Responsibilities
The QHSE Manager is responsible for establishing and managing ESHARP and QHSE processes to eliminate hazards on construction sites. This includes developing site-specific compliance programs, conducting audits, and performing root cause analyses on incidents.
Requirements
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or safety field, a NEBOSH Diploma or NVQ Level 6/7, and an ISO 45001:2018 Lead Auditor certificate. A minimum of 15 years of construction safety experience in the Middle East, including 5 years as an OSH Manager, is required.
