Responsibilities
The Manager Business Improvement drives automation and process enhancements across Customer Care touchpoints using business intelligence. They manage a team of quality officers and oversee vendor relationships to optimize the customer journey and operational efficiency.
Requirements
Candidates must be university graduates with over 7 years of experience in contact centres and at least 3 years in process improvement. Certifications in Six Sigma Green Belt, COPC, or PMP are considered an advantage.
