Tendering Manager

Lead the tendering function by analyzing project requirements, evaluating risks, and preparing competitive bids to secure projects. Manage the Tender Department, overseeing estimators and quantity surveyors while coordinating with contracts and vendors.

Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and over 20 years of experience in construction tendering and estimation. Must be proficient in MS Office and estimation software with strong leadership and negotiation skills.
