Customer Care Advisor

Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding offers, invoices, and complaints to ensure high satisfaction. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve bottlenecks and maintain accurate client documentation in relevant systems.

Requirements

Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience in customer-oriented roles with strong commercial and organizational skills. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Arabic is considered a strong advantage.
