Responsibilities
Support the General Manager in driving operations and guest satisfaction while leading floor service and maintaining quality standards. Oversee the flow between kitchen and service and provide coaching and training to the team.
Requirements
Requires 2-5 years of Assistant Manager experience in a Forbes Five-Star luxury hotel, including international experience. A bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management and certifications in Food Hygiene or Train-the-Trainer are preferred.
