Room Technician (Painting and Polishing Background)

Respond to guest repair requests and perform preventive maintenance on hotel equipment and mechanical systems. Handle surface preparation, painting, and basic repairs across plumbing, electrical, and carpentry categories.

Requires a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license. Some experience in general maintenance and painting is preferred, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
