Responsibilities
The Resident Engineer manages technical and engineering aspects of construction projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. This includes supervising day-to-day site activities, coordinating between stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and at least 15 years of professional work experience. Preference is given to those with experience in community buildings and mixed-use developments within the UAE.
