Assistant Outlet Manager

Support the Outlet Manager in daily operations, including staff supervision, training, and guest relations. Manage labor costs, operating expenses, and ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.

Requires previous restaurant management experience in Dubai or the Middle East, preferably in a French or fine dining setting. Candidates should be fluent in at least two international languages and possess strong leadership skills.
