Responsibilities

Oversee the full human resources function, including end-to-end recruitment, payroll compliance, and performance management. Act as a strategic partner to leadership to develop company culture, employee engagement, and professional development programs.

Requirements

Requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or Business and 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably within construction or staffing industries. Must have a solid understanding of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations, and experience with HRIS platforms like Odoo.
