Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

Ensure a safe and customer-focused environment by monitoring station operations and managing passenger flow. Responsibilities include driving the monorail, handling ticket sales, and executing emergency evacuations when necessary.

Requirements

Requires at least 2 years of front-line customer service experience in a metro station and 1 year of safe passenger driving experience. A degree or higher diploma in a related discipline is preferred along with strong IT and numeracy skills.
