Laboratory Technician

The technician performs experiments for color matching, product improvement, and cost optimization while preparing samples for customer trials. They are also responsible for maintaining laboratory equipment, cleanliness, and managing the shade panel library.

Candidates must possess knowledge of powder chemicals and the ability to operate laboratory equipment following safety rules. Proficiency in written and spoken English, along with strong organizational and teamwork skills, is required.
