Responsibilities

Oversee the strategic planning, logistics, and technical execution of audio-visual setups for special events and attractions. Manage budgets, third-party vendors, and technical crews to ensure high-quality production and safety compliance.

Requirements

Requires 8-10 years of AV technical experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in luxury resorts. A degree in Audio Engineering or Production Design and industry certifications in AV systems or rigging are preferred.
