Responsibilities

Responsible for designing technical and services solutions for ServiceNow engagements to convert sales opportunities into wins. Bridges the gap between sales and delivery through technical proposals, road-mapping, and product development alignment.

Requirements

Requires 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow solution design and presales with a strong background in lead architecture. Must hold CSA, CAD, and at least three CIS certifications, with mandatory knowledge of ITOM.
