Lead the planning and execution of all Race and Sports operations to maximize revenue and ensure regulatory compliance. Manage daily wagering activities, coordinate promotional events, and lead a high-performance team to deliver luxury guest service.
Requirements
Requires 5-7 years of experience in race and sports operations, including at least 3 years in a leadership role. A bachelor's degree in a related field and deep knowledge of sporting culture in the GCC market are preferred.
