Responsibilities
Oversee daily warehouse operations including inbound, outbound, and store replenishment to improve productivity and efficiency. Manage SLAs, manpower planning, and supply chain strategies while coordinating with internal stakeholders to implement KPIs and process improvements.
Requirements
Requires a bachelor's degree in Engineering and 3-4 years of experience in warehouse ground operations, preferably within the furniture or homeware industry. Proficiency in MS Office and Advanced Excel is mandatory, while an MBA and data tools like Power BI or Python are preferred.
