Responsibilities
Conduct retrospective chart reviews to ensure clinical documentation accuracy and compliance with coding and regulatory standards. Provide knowledge transfer and training to client CDI teams globally to improve documentation practices.
Requirements
Requires an associate degree or higher in nursing, medicine, or health information management with at least 3 years of CDI or clinical coding experience. Preferred certifications include CCDS, CDIP, RHIA, or RHIT.
