Responsibilities
Develop and manage best-in-class credit card value propositions specifically for affluent and super affluent customer segments. Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept and business case preparation to launch and performance optimization.
Requirements
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance (MBA preferred) and 5-7 years of experience in credit card product development, ideally within a UAE bank. Must possess strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of credit card value propositions and regulatory frameworks.
