Sr Quantity Surveyor

Lead commercial and cost management functions including budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting. Oversee contractor submissions, progress payments, and claims to ensure commercial compliance and cost certainty.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Quantity Surveying with at least 15 years of experience, including 5 years in PMC for residential projects. MRICS certification and a strong understanding of FIDIC contracts are preferred.
