Head of ePMO

The Head of ePMO serves as the central governance and delivery control function for product and enterprise portfolios, reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer. They are responsible for ensuring engineering capacity is aligned with high-value strategic objectives and maintaining a transparent view of delivery health.

Requires 12-15 years of experience in senior program or portfolio management, preferably within a regulated fintech or financial services environment. Must hold a PMP or PgMP certification and possess strong experience in designing governance frameworks and managing C-suite stakeholders.
