Responsibilities

The role involves processing and escalating ServiceDesk requests while managing user onboarding and workstation configuration. It also includes maintaining hardware, performing PC diagnostics, and managing equipment assets.

Requirements

Candidates need strong knowledge of PC hardware, administration-level proficiency in Windows 11 and macOS, and experience with ServiceDesk systems. Basic networking knowledge and English proficiency at an A2 level or higher are also required.
