Franchise Manager - Al Farooj ( UAE- GCC)

The Franchise Manager is responsible for identifying and evaluating potential franchise partners and overseeing the expansion of Al Farooj across the UAE and GCC. They ensure franchisees adhere to brand standards and quality through regular audits and operational support.

Candidates must have 5 to 7 years of experience in franchise or multi-unit restaurant management. Strong knowledge of the UAE and GCC F&B market dynamics and the ability to travel frequently are required.
