Lead a team of 10-11 members to source new business volumes for SME Asset loans, specifically focusing on POS loans and buyout finance. Responsible for end-to-end sales closure, portfolio management, and maintaining credit risk quality.
Requirements
Must have proven experience in team management and a track record of sourcing new clients. Ability to manage credit risk and cross-sell insurance products is required.
