Rental Analyst - Property Asset Management

Manage day-to-day property management activities, including onboarding customers, processing Tawtheeq and Ejari contracts, and maintaining renewal trackers. Provide administrative support and data analysis to ensure operational excellence and alignment with KPIs.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field and 3-5 years of experience in leasing support and document control. Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential, along with knowledge of local property laws.
