Responsibilities

Manage the full contract life-cycle to safeguard the client's financial and legal interests by evaluating payment applications and variation orders. Collaborate with site engineers to ensure executed works align with contractual obligations and manage project risks through bond and insurance tracking.

Requirements

Requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role within a PMC and a Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or Engineering. MRICS or RICS affiliation is considered a strong advantage.
