Senior Project Manager

Lead the construction phase of luxury hospitality projects, acting as the primary focal point between the client, consultants, and contractors. Manage the full project lifecycle from pre-contract tender close-out to post-contract delivery and site coordination.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and at least 10 years of project management experience, including 5 years as a Senior PM. Must have a proven track record of delivering high-end luxury hospitality projects from inception to completion, preferably in the Middle East.
