Clinic Support Assistant

Manage the end-to-end patient experience from initial contact through medical checkup, ensuring high-quality customer service and efficient flow. Coordinate appointments with specialists and maintain compliance with OSH and infection control standards.

Requires a graduate degree in any discipline and at least 3 years of experience handling patients in a hospital environment. Must be proficient in MS Office and possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in English.
