Senior Chef de Partie

Responsibilities

Supervise junior kitchen staff and manage daily operations of the designated section to ensure consistent food quality. Oversee food preparation, maintain safety standards, and support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in achieving departmental goals.

Requirements

Requires 3-5 years of experience as a Chef in All Day Dining or A La Carte, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role. A diploma or certificate in Culinary Arts or Hospitality is preferred, along with knowledge of HACCP standards.
