Responsibilities

Develop and maintain baseline project schedules and progress reports for high-end residential projects using Primavera P6. Monitor project performance, analyze delays, and support Extension of Time (EOT) submissions.

Requirements

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and 3-5 years of planning experience within the construction industry. Proficiency in Primavera P6 is mandatory, and PMP or PMI-SP certifications are preferred.
