Responsibilities

The Associate will manage the day-to-day borrower-side administration of project-financed SPVs from financial close through operations. This includes monitoring compliance, managing drawdowns, handling lender reporting, and maintaining project financial models.

Requirements

Requires 3-6 years of project finance experience, specifically with developers, IPPs, or infrastructure funds. Candidates must possess advanced Excel modelling skills and a strong working knowledge of project finance documentation.
