Responsibilities

Lead the commercial division by overseeing procurement, cost control, contracts, and estimation across all active projects. Ensure financial rigour through budget monitoring, tender validation, and the management of the full contract lifecycle from award to close-out.

Requirements

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management with 18-20 years of mandatory experience in the construction industry. Proficiency in FIDIC/NEC contracts and a proven track record in commercial leadership for main contractors are essential.
