Responsibilities
Lead the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering agenda for the Busbar product line across EMEA, focusing on industrialization strategy and manufacturing readiness. Oversee NPDI, automation roadmaps, and CAPEX planning to ensure scalable and efficient production across sites in UAE and Ireland.
Requirements
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field with at least 8 years of experience in advanced manufacturing or industrialization. Must possess strong project management skills and expertise in Lean manufacturing and NPDI processes.
