Reservations Agent

Manage room reservation inquiries across various channels and accurately record bookings in the Property Management System. Focus on maximizing revenue through upselling and ensuring a seamless guest experience from booking to arrival.

Requires at least one year of experience in reservations or sales, preferably within the hospitality industry. Candidates must be proficient in Opera PMS and possess strong communication skills in English.
