Responsibilities

The Proposal Manager coordinates between business leaders and technical staff to produce high-quality, compelling proposals. They lead the entire bid lifecycle from capture to handover, including win strategy development and tender planning.

Requirements

Candidates need a degree in English, Business, or a similar field with at least 4 years of experience, including 3 years in RFP response. Experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry is preferred.
