Responsibilities
The Cost Controller is responsible for monitoring and controlling project costs throughout the lifecycle, including preparing budgets, forecasts, and monthly reports. They ensure budget compliance by tracking actual costs against approved plans and verifying contractor invoices and payments.
Requirements
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of cost control experience, specifically within the UAE real estate or construction sectors. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle are highly preferred.
