Head of Strategic Enablement and Execution

The Head of Strategic Enablement and Execution will assist the Head of Strategy with end-to-end strategic planning for the Bank, including monitoring the delivery of the Bank’s strategy and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role involves preparing presentations for executive consumption and facilitating strategic planning workshops.

Candidates should have proven experience in strategy development and corporate planning, preferably in retail banking, along with strong analytical and communication skills. A solid understanding of financial metrics and the ability to engage stakeholders is essential.
