Responsibilities

Lead the Tendering and Bid Management team to assess commercial feasibility and manage the end-to-end bid process from receipt to handover. Develop win strategies and coordinate technical and commercial proposals while maintaining strong client relationships.

Requirements

Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or planning with at least 12 years of experience in large-scale construction or transportation projects. Must be proficient in FIDIC contracts, project management, and fluent in English.
