Responsibilities

Acts as the primary customer-facing representative for marine accounts to manage operational relationships and execute service agreement commitments. Coordinates maintenance and overhaul plans across the dealer network while analyzing fleet health data to resolve technical issues.

Requirements

Requires 5+ years of experience in fleet or field-service roles, preferably with a degree in Engineering or Business. Experience in marine, oil & gas, or power generation sectors and fluency in French or Portuguese is highly desired.
