Responsibilities

Lead the pre-contract and measurement team in Abu Dhabi, focusing on cost planning, estimating, and the production of Bills of Quantities. Manage post-contract functions including valuations, variation analysis, and commercial risk reporting to the Associate Director.

Requirements

Requires an MRICS qualified professional or APC candidate with a degree in Quantity Surveying and at least 10 years of experience. Must have a minimum of 5 years of international/UAE experience and 3 years in a consultant or client background.
